Gianfranco Zappala, executive chef, began his love affair with Italian cuisine in his grandmother´s kitchen. There he learned ancient recipes kept in his family for hundreds of years. Later, he owned and operated a few restaurants in Calabria..
Gianfranco love of the culinary arts landed him in Los Angeles California in 1993 where he managed the kitchens at Armani Express Beverly Hills and Costa Mesa and some other plaises in the area. In November 1997 pursuing Gianfranco's lifelong sportfishing passion, visited Cabo San Lucas and he was atraccted by the beaches and the turquoise ocean waters of the region, so he felt like he finally had "landed" at home.
So, Gianfranco invite you to relax in is dining room and sample the cuisine he love to prepare for you. Enjoy fresh fish from the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean and imported meats, cheeses and pastas; all adorned with the freshest imported olive oil, garlic fragrant herbs and vegetables. Don't forget to save a little room for the delicious pastries, desserts made fresh daily and selection of homemade afther dinner drink (natural flawored grappas)
