Welcome to Nicksan Japanese Restaurant

Nicksan Japanese Restaurant Searching for Sushi while in Cabo? Look no farther than Nick San Japanese Restaurant, conveniently located on Marina Blvd. in Plaza de la Danza. Without question, Nick San is one of the finest restaurants in Los Cabos.

The sushi and sashimi options are as varied as you'll find anywhere, and with the abundance of fish in the Los Cabos area waters, you know it doesn't get fresher than this!
The Sushi Bar runs the length of the good-sized restaurant, offering patrons the customary (but always intriguing) view of the day's fish. There are numerous tables as well, if you'd prefer more privacy. The service here is first rate, and the atmosphere cosmopolitan.

Some of the menu's highlights are Kushiyaki (broiled Japanese style BBQ), an unexpectedly good sashimi in cilantro sauce, seared tuna with fresh ginger and onions, and my personal favorite, the sashimi salad. This salad has the best of everything; delicious fresh baby greens, and impressive display of thin-sliced tuna and seabass, and a delicate gingery dressing.

Angel Carbajal and family own and operate the restaurant, and have assembled a talented team of sushi chefs. The whole crew at Nick San is accommodation, and the sushi hard to match. The restaurant is wildly popular, so reservations are recommended.

Nick San Japanese Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner every day except Monday. If you're in Mexico City, look for Nick San in Bosques de las Lomas.
